wondering if anyone knows any zine librarians coming to the symposium? i set up a community zine library in brisbane, australia, 'copy & destroy', that runs pretty well but always has room for improvement. i'm trying to get a grant to come over to the symposium. i'm into discussing & hearing about other librarians experiences, library structures, trading methods, ways of staying diy & sustainable, ideas, dream library brainstorming, tips for getting a library started & sustained. it would be great to get some networking happening & i'm happy to organise/facilitate a workshop if there's interest.

Hi. I am a zine librarian (of sorts).
I work at the Civic Media Center in Gainesville, FL which has an extensive library that has existed for over 14 years.

I will not be at the conference, but you can feel free to email me at samantha@civicmediacenter.org with any questions.

You should check out the website for our public library. Multnomah county. I'm sure someone there would have some info for you. http://www.multcolib.org/books/zines/
